I started off September in Annapolis my sister and niece.
Dave and I had lots of fun with the pups, including the last Pups in the Park and a trip to our favorite winery, Barrel Oak.
It was back to Annapolis in October for my husband's annual pilgrimage to the Renaissance Festival. It's not my favorite day by far, but Dave enjoys getting his fill of festival food so I am happy to oblige.
October also saw lots of shooting, including several lessons with my awesome instructor.
In late October, while in Denver, I was treated to some weather extremes. When I arrived it was 80 degrees and I enjoyed an afternoon at Cherry Creek State Park. Two days later it was 35 degrees and snowing!
Clancy celebrated his first Halloween as my little bear cub. The trick or treaters he greeted loved him in costume.
November fun included a trip to Dave's alma mater for his fraternity reunion thingy and a round of sporting clays with friends...
A fun GRITS shoot with some fabulous women...
Spending Thanksgiving Eve in Baltimore with Dave's daughter, visiting from Canada (more on this later)...
And Hadley's 1st Birthday!
I hope you all had a great fall and are excited for the holidays!
P.S. Don't forget to say 'rabbit, rabbit' tomorrow morning.
P.P.S. I realized two things after posting these photos. The first is that I love cable knit sweaters. Hopefully Dave hasn't realized just how many of the same colors I have. And secondly, my husband sure does wear his US Open pullover a lot.

What a wonderful few months you have had! Wow :) I am so glad that Clancy is a part of your family. Kindove makes me want another one.....
ReplyDeleteAnd the guns. I still can't get over the guns ;)
What fun times you've had. I love Barrel Oak, too! Maybe a trip out there when the weather warms up is in order!!
