The Boatyard

Whenever I'm in Annapolis, I try to stop in at Boatyard Bar & Grill.  Located in Eastport, the Boatyard...
is where local sailors, fishermen and all lovers of the Chesapeake Bay come to relax and enjoy pint drinks and great seafood. The Boatyard is committed to a healthier Bay, sailing fast, fishing with friends and happy kids.

I have to agree with all of the above.  While visiting Sissy and Hadley in Naptown last month, I suggested we start off the day with brunch at the Boatyard.  Hadley didn't need to be asked twice!

Nautical decor is all around.

I think all Saturday mornings should begin with rum punch.

I strayed from my usual corned beef hash and fruit and ordered one of the specials, the lobster roll.  I think the Boatyard should leave this creation where it belongs in New England.  It looked much prettier than it tasted.

While Hadley finished her breakfast, I made my way to the market side of the restaurant to say hello to the bear and pick up a collar for Clancy.

My pups were sad to have missed the doggy bar.  They stayed home with their daddy.

See you next time, Boatyard.

  1. What a neat looking place! I started drooling when I saw that lobster roll. You're right...it does look delish. Sorry it wasn't as tasty as it looked :(
