is where local sailors, fishermen and all lovers of the Chesapeake Bay come to relax and enjoy pint drinks and great seafood. The Boatyard is committed to a healthier Bay, sailing fast, fishing with friends and happy kids.
I have to agree with all of the above. While visiting Sissy and Hadley in Naptown last month, I suggested we start off the day with brunch at the Boatyard. Hadley didn't need to be asked twice!
Nautical decor is all around.
I think all Saturday mornings should begin with rum punch.
I strayed from my usual corned beef hash and fruit and ordered one of the specials, the lobster roll. I think the Boatyard should leave this creation where it belongs in New England. It looked much prettier than it tasted.
While Hadley finished her breakfast, I made my way to the market side of the restaurant to say hello to the bear and pick up a collar for Clancy.
My pups were sad to have missed the doggy bar. They stayed home with their daddy.
See you next time, Boatyard.

What a neat looking place! I started drooling when I saw that lobster roll. You're right...it does look delish. Sorry it wasn't as tasty as it looked :(
