A fantastic book

I think I'm a bit late to the party but I wanted to tell you about a terrific book I just read, Happens Every Day.  It's a memoir/roman à clef  by Isabel Gillies of the prep movie favorite Metropolitan (and my BIL's fave televison show- L&O:SVU).

She tells a shockingly honest tale of moving to Ohio after her husband receives a teaching job at Oberlin, only to have him leave her for a fellow English professor and someone she considered a 'friend'.  I couldn't put the book down and actually want to read it again.  If you have an empty space on your bookshelf I highly recommend you fill it with this book, which don't worry, has a happy ending.
